Please contact our supervisors to tell them that you support their letter to the San Luis Obispo supervisors opposing the Phillips 66 rail spur which will drastically increase oil trains traffic through our county. These mile-long oil trains increases the risk of another oil spill onto our beaches, and expose SB Cottage hospital, schools, and thousands of people to the risk of explosion.
